Sneak/hide bug ?

Yesterday i was in a group in MielechC.
We were in crypt , waiting for the puller to split 3 undead froglocks.
Sadly , the split didn't work and we got the 3 frogloks on our toes.
I was in sneak/hide mode and was watching my group trying to mezz/control the adds.
Someone rooted a froglock close to me and he imediatly started to hit me.
I'm pretty sure they were indifferent when i considered them, but it seems that mobs see through my inviz when they are fighting close to me.
Is this a bug or intentional ?
Btw , i'm a rogue if you didn't know ;)

Thanks in advance

It is quite possible that a spell effect landed on you from a group member. iirc it gives you a small amout of aggro.

SOmething like this would need to be tested out

This sounds exactly like the problem I've had with Feign Death on my monk. When someone (sometimes me) roots my pull AND I feign right next to it, that mob and that mob only starts to hit me. It doesn't even break feign for all other NPCs, only that mob.

I buglisted this as a Feign reference, sounds like it applies to invis as well. Mobs are aggro-finding with root a little too well.

The feign death portion works exactly as previous described. It can be quite an annoyance when you're pulling with dragon punch hoping for a possible root proc, and then don't back up after rooting it before feigning. You have to sit there and take the hits until the others go home, at which point you can stand and have the single.

The absolute worst is when you're soloing and trying to proc root so that you can back off mid-fight, but then the mob roots you at about the same time. Now you not only can't move, but you can't feign either because the rooted mob will keep pounding on you.

You can avoid these situations while solo, but when others are involved you can't be sure where certain mobs will get parked.

Another thing with hide I saw was that it was incredibly hard to get it to work. Skill is mid 80's and sometimes have to try 7 or 8 times to get a working hide.

Just wanted to add that I've seen this with my monk and SK when FD'd next to a rooted mob.

Yally has been aggroed countless times by indifferent undead in FP while indifferent (Skeleton form) , whilst doing nothing to pull any form of aggro
