I wouldn't worry to much about derailing it, considering the lack of response from anyone with authority, I wouldn't expect much to come of this topic.
But what I will add is this (and Felicity mentioned this as well). When you originally created this thread, you simply demanded this be changed - no reasoning as to why - just that it should be changed (since your initial post is simply "period."). You took no reason into why you thought this way and it was only after people began posting contrary opinions did you start to argue your point - in fact most of your posts in this thread are rebuttals (since you offered up no initial arguements). This is why I don't doubt many were rubbed the wrong way - it appears that you merely attempted to find fault in those opinions that differed from your own since you didn't feel the need to make your reasons known up front.
My opinion is still that if you move outside the box you can adapt to situations. So perhaps you were not meant to solo every mob in existence. I do not feal that you should be able to safely solo every mob. I do not feal that fear kiting and aggro kiting should be viable in all situations. It is of my personal opinion that there should be more difficulty involved in fear kiting - since to my knowledge snare lasts for a specific time frame - so if you pay attention, you know when they will wear off (DoT's give you almost a basic timer - not perfect but good enough for estimating - and even better as a necro since your Snare is a DoT).
