Siezure Screen unclickable... force reset of PC every time..

Every time I enter the Seizure screen I can't click the button... my mouse bumps to the desktop. If I hit the Window Key, everything stays the same. Ctrl+Alt+Delete does nothing, it all hides behind the logo and the blackness. Any resolve to this?

Also, my login isn't working when I do get through... it says my name & password aren't correct, when I know they are.

Have you logged in successfully previously? I would suggest checking the FAQ Sticky if you have.

As for the locking up at the seizure screen, seeing what else i can dig up as I know other s have reported this or similar issues. This is a thread that doesn't have a listed resolve but some ideas: here

Edit to add that I found this thread and someone else fixed either this issue or a similar issue by doing...

In order to fix it, I did run the SoD Patcher, -> "Advanced" -> "Repatch All"
Now the SoD Eula displays again, and mouse is usable too.

Thanks dbum! I gave up and created a new account and it worked off the bat. Maybe I typed my password wrong (but twice?). Now that I can get that far, as soon as I choose the server it pulls up a screen: "eqgame.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close..."

It's about half an hour past my bedtime. I'm too tired to deal with this now... I'll try after work tomorrow. Here's my setup:

AMD Athlon64 3200+ Venice Core
Sapphire Radeon X800GTO 256MB PCI-E Fireblade Edition
ASRock 939Dual-SATA2 (BIOS ver1.5)
Black Rosewill R103A w/ 350W PSU
Onboard Realtec AC97 7.1 Audio
1GB gigaram PC3200 DC RAM
WD 40GB Ultra ATA HDD

I doubt the issue is at all related to your setup. If you are sure you are fully (meaning what you should have patched up to on Live), the I would try to Advanced -> repatch all as stated above. If you continue to have issues, just hop back here tomorrow, we'll get you up and running :)
 
I unclicked EQW and the issue seemed to go with it. I was even able to log in this morning and complete the dream.

I can only choose 2 character details. The fix above (use Enter button) is not working; unless I'm utilizing Enter wrong. Is there another resolve?
