Heya, Im not sure if its right to post this here but im trying to find info on where to get the key to the bookcase entry for the isle basement. Was wondering if anyone knew where it could be? Thankyou.

It's a rare spawn on the balcony (in the center of the 2 mobs that typically spawn there).

He is not only rare but also triggered, some of my friends needed to camp him for ~a week

He is in fact neither rare nor triggered. He is simply on an absurdly long timer.
