What resolution are you playing? This might help narrow down the list of options a bit. I've customized some UI pieces I could share. I originally sized them for 1680x1050, but still used them fine for 1980x1200. I need to clean it up a couple things and probably need to write up a little help file on how to customize the item click bars to whatever slots someone wants to use.
I'm just on a little break from a busy work week atm, bump the thread on Sunday if I hadn't done it by then.

I don't go for pretty UIs, just simple, functional, lots of chat windows to keep conversations organized.
Target window - modded size, color animation shows target /con
Player Window (with group info) - modded from one I found, border flashes on combat
spell bar - only slightly modded from one I found, resized to match other windows
hotbuttons - reduced size to match others and made 1 horizontal row
socials window - shrunk to fit, tabs are inaccessible now but can hotkey access to the other windows if needed (combat, actions, general) This is for AA skill macro hotkeys mainly.
clickies page - modified the group page (notice the invite/disband keys) - currently has 6 item slots and 3 inv slots which can be customized as needed.
bags - (1 shown) modified a bag mod slightly - 6 items slots and 2 inv slots, can be customized as needed. This lets you do clickies or swap weapons right from your bag without opening main inventory screen
pet window - resized and modded out the buff slots from a preexisting mod.
Chat windows - pretty self explanatory. Inner 2 windows are my (green) and my pets (white) damage and damage I take (red)
Buff and bard buff windows - 15 buffs slots, 5 bard - hover over with mouse + alt displays buff text if needed
