Ok I have been look Everywhere for this spell......
I checked my trainer where all the other lvl 60 spells are and in Shadowhaven. I still have yet to find this spell. Could someone pretty pretty please enlighten me as to where to find this spell?

Halas merchants dont have it.
It isnt in Oasis at Gypsie camp.
