Sharing 6-man zones

You can push the phase pretty easily as a solo attacker. He doesn't have a lot of hp
 
Although I am sympathetic to the problem you are trying to address, the enforcement of what you proposed would be nearly impossible given the resources we have. The rules are bright-line for that very reason, even if they turn out with slightly unjust results every once in a while.
 
There should be a command /6manpvpbattle

When you type this in a 6-man area, your group battles it out for claim and a bunch of orbs spawn nearby that randomly buff/heal/dispell/nuke/knockback your group.. and if the fight happens to boil down to 1v1 , both dudes get super-duper-ultra-mega-power buffed and proc super self heals, and they do mega dps to not only eachother but any mobs nearby and a battle of epic proportions takes place. The losing group gets ported to waaaaaay out in the middle of the ocean of frosthorn coast with a debuff that silences and roots them and is non-dispellable with a duration of 3 hours.

I would absolutely love for this to be put in game (although orbs and extra buffs and stuff just seems overkill), but PvP would be so-much-more-fun than waiting for GMs and having everyone hate eachother.
 
Problem is this will always favor the higher tiered dudes and not allow for anyone up and coming to try out/learn the encounter and would basically be fwf>cw>SB>everyone else
 
Lol /6manduel was a joke, and I think it would be horrible. Rolling is fair in rare instances of super close claim contests.
