Well, I got my Newport Sergeant's Ring today. It's lovely, I <3 it, blah blah. Well I completed it at night. Now the last time I completed Ring 3, Halsey didn't even spawn at night so maybe this was changed. But the last time I got this far, some cheeky little halfling called me out and demanded I meet with Maltar in the pub.
It didn't happen this time. I got my ring with no problemo but I turned around expecting to see shorty, and he ain't there. I was quite disappointed. Being evil, I was about to enjoy getting an extra 100p.
I don't know if this was simply changed or if it was because I turned it in at night instead of during the day when Halsey is inside the guardhouse. Anyone know?
