What skill? If the above is correct on HK starting at 180, I'm guessing it's in the 200s somewhere. If so, check out Emberflow. Just be careful of the dogs that see through hide/sneak. Not a great option for everyone, but I bet you can find a way in.
It caps at 200 or slightly after it, I think I did the ones past ec giants or just did rogue traps till cap.
Also the ones by the hammer things in rust are doable around 150~ish too
