Scepter of Dancing Fire

I have a Scepter of Dancing fire which drops in Fire Grotto. At the time it dropped, a GM (playing his player character) told me that the stats had been upgraded, but that something had gotten reverted and I should post it to the boards to see about having the upgrade reinstated. The current stats are:

If it's true that the upgrade got lost, could it be reinstated?

I'd heard that it was supposed to be CSI IV, which would probably be in line with it's difficulty to obtain, but it could just be heresay.

Yeah it did used to be 4, which I think is more suited since 5+ items drop like candy in the raid game

several items from FG got upgraded, but all the upgrades were lost a while back; if dancing fire's upgrades aren't back yet, then it's safe to assume the rest of FG's stuff isn't either
