Runic: Shock of Saitha - Arcane Echo.

From the Parser the spell, Spell: Runic: Shock of Saitha also known as the wizard Runic2. Trickers the effect Arcane Echo. The spell cost no mana and so the effect will be 20% of zero mana restored over 6 ticks. This isent really a problem, only the effect overwrites the same effect for a mana costing spill like Moon Comet.

Now I don’t have the spell of cause so I can’t say if the parser is correct, Nwaij is hard to get a hold of. But if it is then please remove Arcane Echo from spell.

Arcane Echo is indeed triggered from Runic2.

Hey, just an update. I got my runic 2 and it still is triggering arcane echo. The spell is useless 95% of the time already and this factor bumps it up to closer to 100%. Removing the arcane echo component of this spell would make me cast it on occasion. (even though I think a different highly situational runic 2 would be way more fun.

The issue I see is that 5/0 mana nukes were cool at lower tiers where i ran out of mana, but anyone getting this thing is not lower tier... As such, its utility is extremely minimal. Anyway removal of arcane echo would make me use this sometimes, but as it stands our murk/runic 2s are nearly worthless.

I know a lot of classes have stuff that needs fixed so I'm not asking for any priority, just a reminder that these issues still exist and can hopefully one day be fixed.

Here is a wild idear - Make the nukes scale along with everything else in the game, that would make them more usefull. Nothing wrong with a level 65 spell that can be used at tier4+

Don't they scale with every damage enhancement already?

The Arcane Echo component was fixed, so hooray for that!
