The spell got changed the other day, making bards not able to Crowd control lvl 64 mobs anymore.
And adding a longer refresh timer so you cant keep a mob locked down a mob without using mez as well..
I realize that probably to many mobs were flaged 64 and charmable, making this spell OP.
It seems the spell is now aim'd more towards being a short burst dps spell rather then CC?
Curious if the mana cost was overlooked and maybe could be reduced a little?
1200 mana really hurts =/
