I am noticing that bard gear's got reworked from their similar quest rewards and are all exp'able as well. It would seem the rogue's got overlooked.

Ah, then yeah it sounds like a dev simply forgot to upgrade the armor when they were doing the others. Thanks for pointing this out.

For what it's worth the Mage Newport Cup quests function the same way. Some pieces are expable and some aren't. Seems like all of the gear got some bumps but not all of it is expable.
