Rogue Lockpick and the Miel C Door

Hey there, quick question to those that know:

I'm planning to spend some time at the door beyond the false wall in Miel C's library to raise my Lockpick from 135 -> whatever.

My question is: Is the wandering mob in that hallway, who paths right up to the door (and who is obviously ready to eat my level 35 self in 3 bites) flagged as a GUARD? Because if so, then I'll need to wait till hes not near to try the lock.

Thanks. I'd hate to have to find out the hard way, and then need to run all the way back into there from Stinger's.
 
Thanks for the tip. I went down there, and did what I had to do. Then, after the fact, I found out about... Thurgadin!

I've also made lots of updates to the SoD Wiki Lockpick guide.
