Hey everyone, I was thinking about returning to SoD after leaving for a couple months. Before I left I had a 65 bst. I pretty much just hit 65 with him before i took a break. I was wondering if i returned what would be some quests or gear I should look to get to sort of catch up with everyone? Thanks in advance!

This, If you do not have a ridiculous amount of money/walking around in some ridiculous ikisith drops than tmaps will give you much needed loot and quite a bit of experience.
Once you get some aa's you should honestly go do the gruplok city quests in ikisith. Some of them are a pain in the rear to get done but you get very good items for the effort.
There is supposedly a video to getting ikisith flagged somewhere on youtube who knows about that though.

Tmaps - VE-Mod maps

Thurg bounties - Get the earing first then mess with the other stuff.

Elds groups - There is a lot of good gear for beasts in Elds the Demask gear pristine will last you a while. Collect medals to get your athica faction up
Step-2
Do step 1 get decent gear solo elds ent finish your athica gate.
Embark for Iki /cmd bind outside the crate in northern Tarhyl do the Solid snake Hates Fury.
Prohpets landing. Start your Iki flagging in the Murk next zone up.
Step-3
After completeing your murk faction to Dubiously you can start the gear/faction quests from the murk and Remenants. make sure you are buying all the gear you can at vender prices that you can use. because you can just sell the stuff back for vender prices when you are done with it. Its like puting 1k down to borrow a piece of gear for a while then get the 1k back at the end.
Those are the basics.
Another rout you can take is Grind out Drops for Dragon/Giant faction so you can ally with them when the time comes.

You should look into cmal. There are quite a few good filler pieces for new characters from there, and you'll get a truly hilarious amount of xp in the meantime.
Sadly you are a bit late for the halloween quest, which I also highly recommend. Keep it in mind if you're still around in October.
Do bounties, they are good.
Oh and prior to doing a whole bunch of quests, look into alignment, and swearing to a deity. Do them with the alignment of the god who you eventually want to swear to in mind, this way you don't screw yourself over.
