It was mentioned many times that this would become a more frequent event. If you missed it this time around, the whole con-TEST was based on altered mechanics anyway.

Grinkles (an Enchanter) got pretty decent numbers like Wizard-level honestly. But that is 2 minutes of trying as hard as possible to generate aggro and not 'playing an Enchanter for 2 minutes'. A few casts of a debuff will have nearly no noticeable difference in hate generated.. only protracted, intentional spamming on high health targets.

That said if you drop tash on something before anyone else hits the mob and you die I will not feel sorry for you.
