respawn in Cmalath?

I did a search and found posts saying it was 2-3 hours, but a while back was there for 4+ and nothing appeared to respawn.
 
For the life of me, I haven't a clue on the spawn time there.

I've cleared to 1 named in a day, and the next day it was still empty. It seems really difficult to get everything in 1 wing spawned, because people kill at all different times.
 
Anyway to increase the respawn timers on Cmal 1/2 when the changes go in to make Cmal more than 1 group?
 
The proposed changes were only for cmal 4 afaik, so there wouldn't be any reason to change the respawn in 1, 2, or even 3 to mesh with them.
 
It wouldn't have to mesh, per se, but if the respawn could be lowered for xp sake, that would be helpful.
 
Respawn timers went up for some reason and it's beyond the 4 hour mark at the least when it used to be 3 hours. It either has gone up or I have been VERY bad at keeping up with time as of late.
 
Speaking of which... been trying to get a key to Cmal 1... how long does it take that jerk to respawn?? seems to be perma down.
