Request : Elixir of Bliss and Celestial Renewal Parsed.

Reason of this is that I know that elixir of bliss is affected by Healing Increments & Vessel of Althuna and that Celestial Renewal is not (Not 100% sure but I feel it's not.) Elixir of bliss seems to heal for around the same thing as Celestial Renewal (with the two upgrade AAs.).

Note that I currently have Heal Increment 6 (possible 7) and do not have the "Archaic" spell which adds even more healing power (than vessel of althuna) and already have this feeling. Can I get exact numbers on Elixir of Bliss and Celestial renewal? thanks.

Fix for this (if need be) would be to make Celestial Renewal affected by heal increments.

Just tested, seems to be a bug. It's not really a suggestion as much as it is a bugfix.

AAs aren't affected by foci, so no. I was wrong about it being a bug.
