Relic: Fiery Warcry of Tarhyl?

As far as I know, "Relic: Fiery Warcry of Tarhyl" and "Spell: Cunning of the Beast" both increase spell damage. I hear Cunning of the Beast does a better job and I'm curious how much each spell/song effects spell damage.

It is my understanding that Fiery Warcry does increases spell dmg by 18% while Cunning increases spell damage by 20%. Can someone please confirm or dispel my current understanding.

Don't forget that Fiery Warcry also includes a nice overhaste component (upgrade to Warchant of the Tribes).

And song is raidwide, not groupwide. Cunning also yields some aggro reduction.

Warcry also affects bane spells. Cunning does not. (that would be that 2%)

By bane spells you mean Disposement / Dissolvement ? if so I'm pretty sure Cunning works on them.
