Refuge quest: Complications

i hate being this guy, but after experiencing this two times now i feel it should be said that the spawn rate on Foreman Hrig (for the foremans journal) probably needs to be adjusted. on 2 seperate characters i have had to sit in bloody quarry for over 8 hours to try and get him to spawn, i am actually still sitting there on my second toon. obvious ideas are as follows:

1.) just a straight increase to his spawn chance

2.) add a flagging system of some form to "force" spawn him for just a journal and no $ loot (to prevent item farming abuse)

3.) add a chance for the foreman journal to drop off any foreman mob in zone instead of the single named one.

please think of the suffering questers and save us from this boring torment!

Personally I box a monk/shaman, so it was just annoying for me, no big deal, but for those whose main isn't a type that can be a healer or tank (something like a chanter for example), they are basically forced to need help on this part (they could box a healer or tank, but would still need someone to be the other). Seeing that you can sit there for hours and hours (took me way more than 8 whether it was bad luck or not (took a guildy longer than me)) it's kinda hard for someone from one of these other classes to convince someone to help them camp a 30 min spawn that could take a day to finally pop.

I actually lucked out on the spawn, got mine within an hour of a guildie getting her spawn. But I have payed the price (in spades) on trying to acquire the runic shell.

its possible Hrig has a "anti-Zhak" code implemented which means higher spawn chance if a full group (lowered if duoing/soloing) or w/e but i dont even know if that cod eis even in use anymore. but knowing my luck im just having the absolute shittiest luck on this guy all the time and any input on it is welcome

at this point im willing to say that this mobs spawn rate is 99.8% broken. i killed the ph 30 times today and still nothing making my grand total over 4 days 112 kills wth 0 foreman hrig spawns. if that isnt broken i dont know what is =(

is there any good reasons as to why he was made so rare? or is it a random bug in the code. either way my face hurts from smashing it onto my desk.

so finally after 130ish ph kills i finally got foreman Hrig to spawn. though im glad this is finally behind me i beseech ye sod lords to make this more tolerable for those who have yet to do it. pretty please.

since its part of same quest gonna post this bug here as well:

i beleive my meeting with the Orcs has bugged out. after handing them their gifts i hailed the diplomat and /cm d1 "That is it for our gifts. I hope you find them satisfactory." and recieved this emote (a rujik diplomat looks at his escorts for a moment. They say something in Orc, and he nods.) Afterwards the /cm d1 command "is somethign wrong?" command props up and nothing happens when done.'

seesm the error is caused by handing the diplomat a gift. not giving him one allowed me to progress through. silly orcs.
