The selection of augs available from Refuge are very limited; casters and hybrids can pick up elemental damage augs of whatever type they use the most, there is also Alteration, as well as Backstab and Archery. High tier healers, rangers and rogues have several high tier gear options for these skills so many of them don't need the augs to cap them, but the option is there regardless. There was a thread nearly three years ago that brought up a lot of these issues. Someone said "Cyzaine intended this" and nothing ever came of it. I know devs don't like stepping on each other's toes, but this seems way overdue. I see casters and hybrids using up to 7 or so elemental damage augs which is a pretty substantial gain in their damage of that type (while sacrificing mana/hp/AC to do so, plus the huge plat cost). Meanwhile for other classes, none of the top 5 use any refuge augs at all because there simply is nothing available of any use to them.
Solo's list of skill augs to be added should be reconsidered, as well as the availability of them in both type 2 and 5. When you compare the availability of certain skill mods to others at the high end, and then look at the refuge aug selection, it really doesn't seem to mesh together at all. I think Cyzaine's original selection needs to be improved to reflect the current endgame skill mod availability.
