Reflective Bracer of Confoundment

Correct me if i'm wrong, but dose this not make all those bracers that have short effects like plauge shock ect, Now worless for the casters (i'm thinking main wizzy's here) By the time it goes off and they start to recast it will be off by the time the spell lands. I'm sad this was changed, if you casting SB buffs just take off the bracer how hard is that.

Plague shock bracer would be worse with that, lasts 2 ticks though, so you'd still get some benefit, just not as much. Still fuwoks would be the best idea. Not sure if thats exactly what was done or it was the other way.
