Reduced spawntime on.....

Final boss of cmalath to something like 3-5 days.

Just doesnt seem right to me to have every named in the zone on a 3 hour spawn and this on a week.

Maybe even lower the spawntime to something like a day and lower the amount of loot he drops per killing?

Shrug I just dont like the idea of ppl racing to do this mob in a nice zone like cmalath not to mention the learning curve some ppl might need on the mob to eventually do him which they might not get when he dropped the same day he spawns.

At least with the full raid content you need more then 6 ppl to do it and agreements can be worked on so that the guilds dont whore the same mobs over and over not to mention a ton more targets to raid.
 
doubt he has 2 drops on his loot table.

making him a 2-3 day spawn w/ only 1 drop will not flood the game with 17/24 piercers but keep up the great comments.
 
I agree with Yanbik. Cmalath has several restrictions already in place.
Only one group is allowed in the zone and you must go through a series of floors and bosses in order to get the proper keys.

I dont understand why the summoner would have the only unique spawn time in the zone. (Yes his items are very good, but hes not the only mob there with very good drops.)

Dropping his spawn time to 3 hours without drastically reducing the quality and/or rarity of all his loot doesn't even enter the equation.

Basically you'd either get shitty loot or loot every 10th time you killed him.
 
I figured his diffuculty level would determine the quality of his drops, and not the spawn timer.

But! Fine. Id rather see it left as is instead of:

"shitty loot or loot every 10th time you killed him."

By that logic, should dragons and other ubers also respawn every three hours? :?

Do you realize how flooded with items we would be? Artificial timesinks are an unfortunately necessary evil.
