It seems that WR doesnt check that you actually have a particular reagent before it checks for conservation. This means that is a cleric has any kind of reagen conservation he can cast symbols at no cost other than the extra mana required to cast the spell until the conservation suceeds. This also means necromancers can rez without using rubies.
I am just wondering if this is the intention, so I dont get into troble for using it.
