rare crystal dust? what does type of JC aug does it make?

no one knew in ooc and all the jewelry makers said it was the first time they have seen it, any of ya know what its for?
 
IT should be for either the High Quality or the Excpetional Quality augments.

The low and medium quality dust is sold by JC merchants for a few gold and 5 plat, respectively.

There is another that looks like a pile of black dust and sells to merchants for around 8 plat (they sell it bakc for 10)

So the rare dust has to be for at least HQ augments, if not better.
