The Rage Infused Ceremonial Breastplate has 1 less ac, 15 less HP, 3 less agility than the Chestplate of the Warlord for only 7 more stamina as far as the most important stats to a typical warrior. Additionally, the Chestplate of the Warlord has a very nice AC buff proc. (The Rage Infused also has 9 more str, 2 less dex, and recovery II but these are secondary).

Could the Rage Infused Ceremonial Breastplate be reevaluated? It seems that a warrior-specific breastplate that drops in a 65+ area of Cmal should be notably better to a warrior than a cross-class breastplate that drops in a mid-50s area of Mielech B.

I think alot of the class armors in cmal are weak compared to the random nonraid gear you can mix and match together from between levels 50-60
 
The only useful class armor drops in cmal are some cmal 3 chest items and the 1/3 gloves. Everything else is pretty underwhelming.
 
But I really, really, really, want the Taldorian only BP...

That thing must be uber rare... I have only seen it once, back on a player vendor. 10kpp! Level 50 requirement, so the number of people on the server able to use can be counted on both hands, and maybe have fingers left over.
 
Interestingly, the solution to this problem might just be to nerf (slightly) the Warlord's BP. It certainly is pretty overpowered compared with other bps that drop in that level range.
 
I personally dont believe nerfing should ever be resorted to unless totally necessary.. and even then it should never be retroactive (ie changing the old as well as the new items) unless theres some sort of bug.

That does not drop in CMal (nothing there is droppable). It dropped in the lands of magic and no longer drops now, afaik.

That would, unfortunately, make a market for the "pre-nerf" Warlord BP, and do nothing to solve the problem the CMal1 warrior BP being underpowered in comparison to it. What would solve it, however, is a slight reduction in the power of the Warlord BP or a slight boost to the CMal1 warrior BP. In this case, I think a mixture of both would do the trick.
 
It actually looks fine to me, for starters rage infused is warrior only, while the warlord bp is multiclass, so any of the other classes on a nerf on the warlord get kinda screwed.

On a warrior I'd probably want the rage infused anyways, as proc doesnt happen all the time, but the recovery does. If like 15 hps and a few points of ac were added to rage infused it would be hands down better as far as I'm seeing. Not only that but I'd be willing to bet alot of people on the server have never even seen cmal 2, much less got that drop in there.
 
I was grouped there with Guiardo the other day, and it dropped twice. Silently mocking him, and rotting half the time.
 
The Warlord BP is overpowered, and the cmal armor is probably a good bit underpowered. That seems to be the key issue here. As for Zaos' comments, it'll most assuredly be nerfed retroactively if it is nerfed (like every item that has ever been nerfed on SoD was), as your nicely unsubstantiated argument really does nothing for your case, in a literal sense.

Which is actually a good reason the the Rage Infused should be better (if they dropped in the same "tier" which they don't).

I failed to qualify what I speaking about properly. Not that it matters because I was totally wrong to begin with.
