Race Exp Penalty

I did a search on the forum and couldnt see any obvious info so...
Whats the races penalty values?
I guess there is a penalty, from the latest patch notes, and i know it WAS in live, but taken out. Anyone know about WR's penalties?

(I'm assuming what i read on patch notes wasnt to do with death penalties)
 
There is indeed a thread, you didn't search hard enough I guess.

And it's not so much detailing the percentages, just what racial traits belong to what races, etc.

For instance, Humans learn faster(est).
 
From the patch message:
"Lowered the exp penalty for Iksars and Trolls from 10% to 5%"

There is a thread somewhere that explains what races suffer the penalty and why. Something to do with weak minds being unable to resist the tempations and distractions that plauge the world with chaos and evil and also because they tend to always pick up the Gold Key.
