I have never seen a Quiver on Winter's Roar. If there is none on Winter's Roar, think it would own if we can get a few in. The main reason I want a Quiver so much is because if the quiver is equipped above any non-magical quivers in your inventory, it will have the positive effect of reducing the delay on your bow.

Being not a ranger, yet grouping often with one, I would agree that quivers should be implimented. Couple vender bought ones from harder to reach zones and of varying prices(depending on bow haste) and then some tailored and quested ones perhaps? Well, I know rangers would appreciate this.... 
I had forgotten that item haste didn't affect archery on live. Since quivers couldn't be used as haste, what about making them charm items with an archery mod, stats and/or effects (bow proc maybe?) that could be found in the higher end game or quested? Being a ranger without a quiver seems a little weird :/

I too would like to see a quiver added. Even if it was a two slot, no haste, gnoll pup skin tanned and turned inside out. I would like one strictly from a RP point of view. Mart is getting tired of jamming his arrows into sacks and boxes. It is horribly rough on the fletching. Here is a suggestion to kick around. Since it seems mostly we Rangers are the ones interested in a quiver, make it a quest out of Surefall. I am not a techy type person but I will offer to write the story line. Inregards to the technical side of things like size, bow haste and such...simply make it a light weight container for holding arrows. No more no less. Four, six, eight slots...what ever is easiest for ya'll to do. I know you can change containers and their slot capabilities...the current belt pouch in game is one example. By the way, love that. Always hated only having four slots in the "other" belt pouches. Six if you made them yourself.
Should it be implemented, here are a few suggestions regarding a quiver that will fit into Dalaya. First, and it should be obvious to any Ranger worth his or her bow, no need for haste on this item. Our archery skills are quite proficient as it is. A job well done by those who built the classes and their skills. This quiver should be just that, simply a container to hold arrows. Second, make it no drop. Have each individual go get their own. This applies if we go the quest route. If purchased from a merchant, then treat it like any other container I suppose. If it is found on merchants, 2.5 - 5 gold pieces seems about right given the cost of other containers. Partial to the quest gig myself. Third, this proposed quiver should be light weight. 0.5 - 1.5 A smidge lighter than small boxes yet a bit heavier than standard bags. The idea is to neatly store arrows for use, not keep them safe in a bank space. Lastly, and this is totaly a personal request that has no rhyme or reason what so ever, please use the standard quiver icon. I would be quite bummed to hear of a new quiver, or worse yet help implement a new quiver in game, only to see a wristpouch...backpack...or box icon that says quiver.
