quick question!?

Hiya i know this is prob a bad thing to do... but is the sod sever down? non of the ways Ive found that are able to tell me seem to be working..... so I'm wondering if the server is down or if something on my comp is messed up and needs to be fixed?

I'm getting the 1001 error/ I'm running a nvidia gforce 4/ and windows exp

Let's start with the basics:

What is happening that is makes you believe the server may be down? (ie: error messages, for instance). Let's start with that, and work from there.

I changed the eqhost.txt from this [Registration Servers] { "72.55.164.91" } [Login Servers {"72.55.164.91:5997"}


to this [Registration Servers] { "67.205.76.13" } [Login Servers] { "67.205.76.13:5997"}


maybee this will work going to try......
