Question on Weapon Procs and Ratio

So i am Trying to figure out a good way to compare weapons with procs and am left a little uncertain of the best way to do so i grabbed 3 well known high(ish) end weapons for comparing:
Spirit-Harvest
100dmg/125 delay
100% proc on a 150 dmg lifetap (magic -200 resist mod)

I then took a look at sai of sapping
16dmg/18 delay
+1 magic dmg
2.3% proc 75 dmg life tap (magic -200 resist mod)

Then brainsucker:
89/95
+3 magic dmg
11.8% 550 magic dd (magic 0 resist mod)

So now i normalized these out (assuming perfect rng and no resists i know this is not realistic but im trying to get a baseline and i realize this is leaving the resist mods completely out of the equation i have not determined a good way to factor those in quite yet i also realize this wont help rogues much since to my knowledge backstab doesn't consider the weapons procs into the ratio but i might be wrong i don't know much about rogues):
Spirit harvest:
.8 ratio
1.2 ratio on the proc ((150/125)*1)

Sia:
.8889 ratio
.0556 ratio magic dmg (1/18)
.0958 ratio on proc ((75/18)*.023)

Brainsucker:
.9368 ratio
.0316 ratio magic dmg (3/95)
.6832 ratio on proc ((550/95)*.118)

if i Straight line add these it seems meaningless (though it does produce the result i was expecting in that Spirit-harvest > Brainsucker >sai but still seems wrong):
Spirit-harvest: 2.0 ratio
Sai: 1.0403 ratio
Brainsucker:1.6516 ratio

I got to this point and now thinking about how stats+mods affect this becomes extremely difficult to combine these into a meaningful ratio (and i also think the math is not an accurate interpretation of how these would actually be applied in game) I am leaving haste out since i think haste should affect them all equally (it is affecting after all the delay which is used in all of the equations) So my question is can someone help revise what im attempting to do into something that will be a little more meaningful and accurate? How should i account for the different modifiers to each of these: strength of the physical component, DI + Magic focus on the proc, and what affects the +1 or +3 magic damage is that just straight up or does DI/Magic focus affect that?
Any thoughts and corrections to what im doing wrong would be greatly helpful.

There are a lot of mods that affect weapon damage, so a 100 damage weapon actually hits a lot harder. Procs do too but to a lesser extent. That's why you don't really get useful numbers when you try to turn the damage from a proc into a weapon ratio. Also, elemental damage on weapons is less effective than regular damage in almost all scenarios.

Use Gamparse and find a mob or mobs to parse on. It breaks down your damage by type so you'll see how much slashing/piercing damage the weapon is doing and how much the procs are doing. There are other factors like ripostes that will affect your results as well. Be prepared to spend hours doing it if you want to minimize RNG and get useful, accurate data.
