question about facion aug (blackscales)

Last night I was lucky to find abunch of high level guys in the zone where "caller of the dead" was, I did a shout out and they all happly come to aide me (Thanks guys!) But heres my question:

How many more "marks" or levels are there after Blackscale Corsair's Mark? (stats by the way for WAR MNK ROG are: str+6 dex+6 sta+6 cha+6 agi+6 hp+60 pr+11 dr+11

I talked with the npc and she looks like offers me another advancement, I heard rumors of a "warlord" one? Also, how does one actually catch that swimming gnome in underhill??? I had someone with me with 170 swiming and they landed a snare on him but the bugger still out swam me with my 150 skill, when he came around for another lap, i got 6 punches in before be poof'd away... I take it, he has the same amount of hps as the lady (that fight lasts a long time)
 
hire an assassin to come along as you are saying huh? :)

So am I (one) mark away from max?
 
Having a Rogue with Assassinate is pretty much necessary on the runner.
And yes, Corsair is the last step before Blackscale Warleader
 
Get a bard and or a druid to help you snare the gnome.

:( I had no luck using assassinate when he was at full speed

I would say assassinate is choice #1

It took us several attempts with a group of sk, ranger and a wiz to nail him...
