Quest issues

I for some reason cant do the heaps and hides quest from apprentice Gehrin in Remnants of the Old zone on either of my druids also the shopkeeper will not sell to me have no problem starting the other quests there however and have more than enough faction to do so any ideas

If the merchant won't sell to you, I think your faction isn't as high as you think it is? What do the frogs con?
 
Frog merchant needs to be apprehensive or higher. I don't think I've had a single character that can buy from them until Hides is completed.

Have you made sure you haven't already started the quest?

Maybe try manually typing in the prompt: "You look quite skilled in working with hides."
 
actually i appologize it was a faction issue i needed to con warmly to the frogs before it was able to buy from the merchant... though i havent had that issue with any other race/class before all other classes i needed dubious faction to interact with merchants as was listed on wiki
