Quest flags messed in gnometown

My little pally gnome had done the quests at his trainers up to the point of doing armor. So, I gather the components tonight (been at this stage for 2 weeks or so) and go in to turn in and get armor. Trainer does not seem to know that I already feed the starving gnomes and killed the cultists even though he did before. Have redone the quests, just hoping this isnt some widespread bug.

Is it possible that Shadowdale has been reseted too? I had to give Shadowdale bat wings again to the halfling...
