Psalm of Purity/Vitality

Recently the cure component from these songs was removed. I would like to put forth that this change made these two songs relatively useless and I would like to suggest that either a 1 counter per tick cure be added back to the songs or some sort of secondary utility like a damage shield/minor proc effect.

Currently every other Psalm in the line has a secondary beneifical attached to it. Cooling/Warth provide a damage shield and ultravision/infravision respectively on top of the resists. Psalm of Mystic Shielding provides HP regen.

With no secondary benefit on these songs and the fact that the songs are based on singing Purifying Rhythms becomes a much more desirable choice at the level you obtain these songs as it's based on the much easier to obtain percussion mod and covers MR/PR/DR. At higher levels these songs become overshadowed by either Purifying Chorus or (in the case of having a capable singing mod) Psalm of the Four, which while it may provide lesser resists in a specific element will offer you all-around protection and a nice damage shield.

I understand the initial change was made because it was felt that the curing abilities of these songs trivialized many PR/DR based things but in their current neutered form they are near useless.

It would be nice to get the cures added back. Even raid wide I don't see it as being overpowered. Just make it not cure as much per tick. Bards lost out on utility due to a nerf to their resist songs. The cures should be added back in one form or another.

I would even be happy if it was changed back to group and cures were added back. This song is currently worthless when you get it and at the high end.

just change these 2 songs back to like they were imo, they are used like 0,0000001% of the time since the nerf.. (error margin is 0,0000001%) - the moment they lost their cure ability they became really useless.

psalm of the four is overall still way better. for the 17 or so more resists these songs here give its not worth to drop po4. No sane bard would ever use these.

I wanted to add once again that I don't expect the same amout of counters to be cured but even 1 counter per tick and changed back to group wound do go a very very long way.

Separate spells for cure songs would make more sense. You can have resists or you can cure it. Cure removes 2 counters per tick, raid wide but no resists. Cannot stack with resists would probably be a fix to the (well then they can do both) thing.

New songs that cure, or returning it to these songs (even in limited form) would be awesome. I really only ever used these songs to cure the dumb portal venom/contagion, or cure the random disease caught while passing through newport or crashica.

Bard disease/poison and curse cure songs went live on the Gunthak expansion. (the one after Luclin)
They are Aria of Asceticism (lvl 45, P/D counter 7 to 10) and Aria of Innocence (lvl 52, curse counter 2), both of these are single target song but still found their uses widely throughout the game, despite expansions after expansions.

Can we add something like that to bard song list? Let the counter remain the same as pre-nerf Psalm of purity / vitality but single target instead, shouldn't be overpowering?
