Process id=0xf18 (3864), Thread id=0xf1c (3868)

When I try to load SOD it pops up "Application has generated an exception that could not be handled. Process id=oxf18 (3864), Thread id=oxf1c (3868. Click OK to terminate the app. Click Cancel to debug the app." I've tried both, clicking ok shuts down app, and clicking cancel pops up "Registered JOT debugger is not available. An attempt to launch a JOY debugger with the following command resulted in an error code of 0x2 (2). Please check computer settings. cordbg.exe !a 0xf18. Click on retry to have the process wait while attaching a debugger manually. Click cancel to abort the JIT debug request." and again I tried both....Retry just pops up the black sod window and Cancel shuts it down. I've tried rebooting several times and it still is not working.
 
Reboot the machine, maybe even killing the power to it for a few seconds, maybe something is stuck in memory.
 
OKAY We have fixed the prob. We had the program on the desktop instead of having the program in the folder with it's DLL. We created a shortcut to the desktop and now it works. =) Thanks for ya'lls help
