I have it about 1 month, never seen it proc.
Maybe you guys could get a review on that?

Because it would be too unbalancing to have a right clickable 15hp buff. Geeezz...

Yes this proc is LAME. It's just stupid. It's really a melee shoulder. Most shaman wouldn't wear it. Which pretty much means barbarian rogues are the ONLY ones who would ever proc it...which means NOBODY would ever proc it because no rogue is going to use slam instead of backstabbing since both are on the same refresh timer.

It's a decent shoulder without the proc. IMO just remove the stupid proc instead of having it there as some sort of stupid joke. Replace it with some sort of decent buff proc. Some resist proc or something. As it is, it's a useless proc for rangers, because they'll never be able to use it. Useless proc for shaman, because 90%+ would never use that mantle by the time they could get it, and it's a useless proc for barbarian rogues because they would have to sacrifice their backstab for that round in lieu of a slam...and any other rogue in the game can't use it anyway.

I can't think of any others offhand, so it might be. Would maybe be a semi useful proc for a large tank (15hp heal haha), but at that level it's worth two things...

Yeah it'd be a 15hp heal if you had no other ac/hp buffs on iirc...

Low level shaman use it as a ghetto heal because it's a better hp to mana ratio than minor healing. :)
 
15 hps is nothing

Threadbare emblazoned cape has a clicky that is a lvl 24 clr hp buff ( bravery ) 129 hps.

Oh you can also buff lvl 1 in nnp whit it =D .
