Problems with buffs

I've had a few people tell me they have the same problem, or appear to. Here's the deal: I'll be on Azmat (paladin) fully buffed doing stuff I usually do, when I notice my mana dissapearing at an alarming rate. I check buffs - usually won, preaching and JB as far as mana buffs go. Then I go oh stupid JB, /cm refresh and pop back with instantly noticeable mana regen.

This happens on a pretty regular basis, and I may not be noticing it at other times when I'm not doing anything particularly mana intensive. It's annoying to recast ToLL all the time b/c of it...

Was not sure if the staff were aware of this problem or not? Because JB makes such a big difference it's easy to see when it's not working, but I often suspect the haste element in emp / other haste spells has bugged out similarly some times.

Am I going mad or is this a legitimate problem? I'm talking about with 5k mana going to about 75% after a typical fight (say 2-3 hots, aoe blind/ stuns) compared to when JB is actually working and staying at 90-fm... Aoe blind barely makes a dent in JB whereas it takes about 3% without, and I notice this. Plus a substanical meditation difference before refresh compared to after.

I have no idea what this post is about at all but I can tell you for a fact that I constantly have a issue where in experience groups or raids my mana will absolutely refuse to regenerate. I have drink, I have all of my buffs and my spell usage is basically non existent yet it will still sit there at 50% for 15 minutes. If I die it usually starts going again.

I've never had this issue as a wizard. Is there some buff or weird thing that would cause knights to damage themselves, draining their own mana and negating regen? I know clicking mind hunger or mod rods on a knight actually drains your mana.

any clicky's that require mana over time (bard songs), mana duration taps, etc do not stack with mana regeneration buffs. If there was a way to make it how slows work (where you get slowed but it doesn't overwrite haste on your buff bar but still negates haste and once the slow fades you have the effective haste again) that would be optimal.

Once you zone and the debuff is gone JB comes back.

Ok long story short: sometimes JB is working, sometimes it isn't and when it isn't I just have to refresh and poof it's ''working''. Pretty much the problem you described Otcho

metvayne I'm a bit confused by that, do you mean beneficial buffs that heal mana over time or debuffs that cripple it?

Driizz: how am I meant to please everyone GOD, do you know how many people want me to play their toons?

I have had this problem on my Cleric a few times, a refresh or /q and reload seems to fix it when u notice it.

mana debuffs don't stack with JB so the icon disappears and it doesn't work until you zone, basically.

I cannot comment on whether your scenario is the case but its more like I have no regen at all. WISH I COULD PROVIDE MORE SPECIFIC SCENARIOS.
