Pre 61 Beastlord Spell Locations

I have a question regarding two Beastlord spells:

Walk of the Beast (Level 30), according to the spells site, is in the game.. though it's not on the Grobb vendor so I was told to check HoL for a BL spell vendor but found no such vendor. Is this spell attainable?

Sha's Advantage (Level 60) is the only sub level 61 spell (save for Walk of the Beast) that isn't sold by the town vendor in Grobb nor the vendor in Oggok. Is this intentional or was it just left out? Is it dropped? If it is it seems kind of strange that this is the only spell before level 61 that's drop only.

There are some drop spells for level 60. Usually ancient spells, but there are some others. Also, check Oasis for your level 30 spell. The orcs there sell many that you cant find anywheres else.

While this is not entirely helpful, I seem to recall that Sha's Advantage was quested. I'm probably totally wrong. So I send you my love <3

I bought Sha's advantage from the normal spell vendors back when the starting cities were Thurgadin and Erudin. It was readily available from the normal special merchants - I would say if its not on the spell merchants now, its probably been left out by accident.
