I don't really want to get involved in the arguing over PoWater difficulty and such compared to other zones, but I'm going to comment on the Shroud. I agree that with the MC change to it being 1% per that it could use a bit of tweaking. I'll see about doing something with it.

Junius my point in my first post was that there is "unbalanced" loot in every zone. If plane of water had been out forever and we were clearing PoAir for the first time people would be complaining about Sultan Scepter, Arbiter Ears, Seductress Ears, Seductress Sleeves, Seductress Neck, Sudetress EVERYTHING. Aribeter pants, and the Arms/Cloak piece from arbiter.
Or how about the Range item from Sultan? WOW! Because Sultan is certainly easier then Guardian and his range for tanks is worse.
With the realease of more Raid zones that basically means you don't have to go up the normal ladder that all you old school people did, because you can find similiar loots elsewhere.
We could clear sepulcher and get CoD keys and the sepulcher loot is similiar to water. Whats the point in getting to CoD though? Its perma camped. I would rather farm similiar difficulty encounters in water where its not camped because no guilds have acccess to the zone. *shrug*

Skipping CoD just because you can get loot elsewhere will leave your guild behind in general later on. CoD is a great zone with awesome lore and an amazing final encounter, as well as some really invaluable items (Hammer of Warding and Demonic Halo instantly leap to mind) If you want to skip it, fine. Leave the loot for a guild that likes to work at what they do instead of getting overpowered loot handed to them.

Cinn made a very, very good point with the manis robe vs prophet robe, obviously overpowered. And it's not like we're trying to rag on you or anything Woldaff, you've done a lot of damn good work with both zones so quickly, and being pretty new at your position, but a lot of people take loot balance seriously, thats why we get these posts.

This thread was just about constructive feedback and a place for people to post their thoughts on PoW that I had been hearing alot of recently.
Quit acting like you're personally being attacked Grake. There are some issues that alot of people feel need to be addressed with PoW itemization (as you can see by how fast this thread took off).

As with gaerak said i never did Water in any form cause we havnt gone to kedge to get the port spell due to having other content to do still. And we can rarely get our hands on certain PoA mobs since they are always down such as windrider. i love to raid and i love seeing new content but having nothing to do cause all the worthwhile mobs being down makes me unhappy. thats what raiding is about cant have everything you want. Im just glad to see more zones come out to raid/exp in.
but in the case of overpowered loot, skipping content = something i dont want to do cause it ruins the fun of learning the game lore and all that. If dandy gentlemen never get in sepulcher or CoD for whatever reasons (either everything being down or intent to skip if able) thats their choice.

The robe is being changed. I agree on that one. Cloak is going down to 1.9 mod but stats are being upped slightly and it will still be rare.
For adjudicator I am doing the following-
Basically his loot is nice because of all the fun reasons I named before. Regardless he is being Sultanified.
This means he drops 2 loots no matter what. Class diversity no longer applies to mister adjudicator.
That also means he isnt getting any harder, or easier. The Mantle is the big item from adjud that MIGHT be changed depending how or if the other mantles get changed. The pants are being fixed to 2% cold like they should be.
