Potion stacking question

Is it supposed to be that potions created via alchemy stack with all other cast buffs? Are there examples of potions that do not stack with other buffs?

Also have haste potions been fixed so they will work on pure melee characters that have no mana?

I did some searches on forums and wiki and couldn't find a conclusive answer. Thanks in advance.
 
Well some time ago I posted that MR potions did not stack with Mage elemental form.

I got a response that it should be easy to fix, but to the best of my knowledge nothing was actually done.
 
Bumping... would like to know if haste potions have been fixed to work on pure melee yet and also if stat potions stack with stat buffs of the same type.

Also do the haste potions stack with caster haste?

Trying to figure out what is worth making as there seems to be very little market for any potions other than gate potions, ds potions, and Rekaj... and I'm curious if that's in part due to any stacking issues (stats, saves, haste, mana regen).
 
resist potions are worth making for sure. they stack just fine with all other commonly used resist buffs in raids.

These are great questions. i have 0 alchemy and im a poor sucka so i couldnt tell you.... BUT if you're trying to train alchemy why don't you make all the buffs and test them for yourself? and when you are done you can make a Wiki about what stacks with what or doesnt.... or maybe a Post just like this one but with answers instead of questions!
