I have been a player of WR/SoD sence right befor WR shut down so the game has been working great for me. I got on today and when i open patcher click patch&run it does it's thing and open's EQW i click start EQ like i do every other day it opens i click i agree wait till it pops to log in window i type my stuff in password and name and when i hit connect it just closes to desktop i tried repatch all getting new patcher and used it new eqw and still closes. anyone help please
 
Well....

Here's something to try. On one of my PCs, if I run EQW, occasionally I need to run it 3 times to get it to work. Enter you info, press "play" and when it crashes, just do it again.... it crashes again for me usually, but the 3rd time it almost always works. It's odd, but happens sometimes. 3rd time's the charm, as it were. =)

I had this happen to me actually, was a bit baffled at first.

I disabled Admin privilages for the user I log into normally for an unrelated reason, this is when it statrted doing this. Gave back admin privs and it was right as rain.

LOL TY so much i just changed my name back too admin control over windows and it worked i had no idea that would not let game open for some reason but i got it just wanna say ty

It took you a year to come up with that flame? The forums have generally been flowing around with cusing and flaming recently, and it won't be accepted. So keeping up that line will get you nothing but a ban. That goes for everyone else, too.
