Bear in mind that although Delaya's Beginner's is not a raiding guild, probably 3/4 of the server is in that guild, so pretty much always a bunch of people online. So there is no lack of social experience pre-raiding guilds.

Agreed.

But some people ( me included ) might argue the lack of constructive bond with that kind of social. Having a guild is not quite the same thing.
