Player graphics messing up

Hi, I tried to play on this server a long time ago and ran into the same problem. Whenever I start the all npcs and players start doing flips over themselves and the graphics for players distort, etc.

I'm using windows xp, I have a 9800GT and 2 gigs of ram. everything else seems to be working or than this, any ideas on what is wrong? Thanks for all help you give me


edit: bleh, nevermind. I think it has to do with me having a dual core processor. I'll post again if I have any more trouble, sorry.
 
It's also caused by recent generations of Nvidia cards. Try playing outside first person, then you'll only experience this issue when the camera clips into objects.

Okay I got it fixed, I didn't even notice that option. I feel stupid. Thanks for helping!

Edit: how can I get a higher resolution without the game being partway off the screen?
 
If you're playing with EQW, setting the game resolution to the native resolution of your physical display will result in just a hair of bleed, but not really enough to disturb gameplay, imo.

You could try full screen, though. That should be fully contained on your display.
