Placeholder Tomes

I agree with Susvain should come up with some ideas and implement for those classes with less than 3 class tomes. They can always be change later.
 
I approve this suggestion, but only because I love the idea of people committing themselves to yet to be determined effects. Imagine how enjoyable this could be for devs! "What do you mean you do not like the cleric tome reducing healing by 50% to grant 200% stackable haste?!" or "wild swings will give rogues the chance to BS for X2 damage or BS themselves- ENJOY!". Get to work you jerks! Jerks I say!!!

P.S. You are all afraid of Shadowknights. Jerks.
