Pirates of the Burning Sea

There's a new MMORPG underway called "Pirates of the Burning Sea", kinda based off the "Pirates of the Caribbean" series. You'll get to make your own customized pirate, build ships, conquer lands, complete quests... looks really interesting. It's still in Beta Testing though, but you can check it out at http://www.burningsea.com.

Disney's version is called "Pirates of the Caribbean Online".
"Pirates of the Burning Sea" is made by Flying Lab Software - not related to Disney at all. It looks more detailed and packed with more features than Disney's version.

man I played voyage century, the exp curve on levels is rediculous, the good news is that there is an auto combat so you can leave your dude afk in a hostile area and he will kill aggressive wolves and bears all night long(you will need like 6 months worth of afk leveling to max your melee) other skills are leveled the same way

i think pirates are very overrated...but still. looks fun :O

PotBS has been around longer (at least, in a concept sense, the game has been painfully slow in coming out) than the more recent PotC movies and games there of.
