Perma Sex change?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but after asking in game, I was asked to post on the forums to ask..

Is it possible to get a permanent sex change on a char, and if so, what do I have to do?

Option A: Win a lotto.
Option B: Amass enough fame points for a race change (1500 IIRC). Gender change is covered by that as well.
 
i've suggested before that it be a donation-based thing, since its purely aesthetic and basically equivalent to item dyes.
 
I would reroll, but then again I don't like playing sex opposite of my gender irl...OH MY FUCKEN GOD I JUST SAID SEX ON THE INTERNET AND GOD IN THE SAME SENTENCE!
 
I've been told in the past by staff that race changes to another race that your class can normally be are cheaper than 1500 fame, but since nobody has ever wanted one of those, they've never set a price. I would assume gender changes would also be the same as this.
 
You can get a 'kind of' permanent one from an Enchanter. If they cast Gender and use Soulbound, then it should last a long time. It will use up a buff slot though.

yah but people get all emo when someone casts another illusion and F's it all up. but idk if say pl8 stacks with it or what. (not an ench)
 
I have the permanent soulbound gender change buff, but even that messes up at times and seemingly doesnt apply itself after zoning sometimes..

That, and I want the buffslot.

Also to foil the jerks that cast illusions on me after i told em not to..
