Peacegiver is a tier 13 quested item from the Jenrok Quest Combine.
In its original state, it was neat, nothing to rave over, a cool prestigious toy that only I had. However, it was nerfed into only having a +5 Hand 2 Hand mod instead of its original 15. I would like to know why someone thought 15 Hand 2 Hand was too overpowered to have on a tier 13 item that has ZERO armor class, and only 20 more dex than a tier 11 spires ring.
I ask please that this item get some thought, I think it deserves at the least a +10 Hand 2 Hand mod, and some AC as there are 3 tier 10-11 rings i can think of right now (Signet of the Bruiser, Ring of Darkened Turquoise, Signet of Cleaving) that all have a +10 weapon mod. This item requires spending 40+ hours face smash farming an extremely difficult placeholder and named, and killing the hardest 6 man in the game just to acquire.
