Patching problems

When I try and patch the game I keep getting unhandled exception message. It says Access to the path C:\Program Files (x86)Everquest F2P\uifiles\old_icons is denied

Try running the patcher as administrator

Also try moving Everquest F2P folder to a folder you created that isn't in a windows created folder. Windows has gotten more strict over the years about permissions in the folders it creates and the part of the client we use hasn't been updated for years.
