Patch message included in text file.

Would it be possible (sorry if it already is, I was unable to find it) if the patch message displayed on the website could be included in a text file with the patch?

Was actually wondering this myself. Displayed as a window before server select like live, or accessed by clicking patch from the chat area.

EDIT:
Mainly because many times a patch goes in and it is unnoticed by a large majority of players who were not online for the message.
 
The reason we don't do this is we want players to visit the website and be a part of the server community outside of the game as well.

You mean there is more to life than these forums?
 
Another thing that would be nice is to have EVERY change listed. Items that have been downgraded/upgraded, AAs that have been changed...things like that usually dont get a mention.
