Password Recovery?

Hi, I went through the process on Shards of Dalaya account manager. I entered my email accosiated with the account and it even told me to check my email for password. That was 12+ hours ago. I asked around in-game and others have said it was instant for them. Please help.

This is usually caused by entering the wrong e-mail address or entering it incorrectly.
